How chargeable weight works
Volumetric weight = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. Shipping is charged on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg.
Under 21 kg: small parcels or urgent shipping. At 21 kg or above: large parcels. Available services depend on the destination.
